Therapy with Kat

Support for the season you’re in.

A place to make sense of what you’re carrying, and explore what comes next.

Anxiety & overwhelm

When worries, low moods, or everyday pressures feel hard to manage, therapy can offer space to understand your experiences and build practical ways to cope.

We can explore the patterns behind difficult thoughts and feelings, and find tools that fit your daily life.

Life changes & loss

Changes in family, work, identity, or relationships can bring many feelings at once. Grief and trauma can also affect the way you experience yourself and the world around you.

You have room to talk through your experiences without needing to have everything figured out.

Relationships & connection

Relationships can be a source of comfort and a source of difficulty. Therapy can help you explore communication, boundaries, recurring conflicts, and ways of connecting.

My work includes individuals, couples, and families. We can talk about your situation and whether working together would be a good fit.

Getting started

A few things
you may be wondering.

What is the first step?

Call Kat or email hello@madrackicounseling.com. You can share a little about what brings you to therapy and ask about fit and current availability.

What approach do you use?

My approach draws on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and strengths-based strategies. We can discuss what those approaches might look like for you.

How do I ask about fees and insurance?

Please get in touch to discuss current fees, insurance participation, and payment options before scheduling. You can also ask about appointment formats and availability.

What if I’m not sure what I need?

You do not need to have everything sorted out before reaching out. A first conversation can help you ask questions and explore whether working together feels like a fit.

You can begin exactly where you are.
